What You’ll Do:
- Conduct outbound prospecting to franchise owners and small business owners via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Qualify inbound leads and convert interest into scheduled appointments for our Sales Team.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
- Identify decision-makers and uncover pain points related to recruiting and staffing needs.
- Craft personalized messaging to engage prospects and book meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Hit or exceed weekly targets for calls, emails, and booked meetings.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year(s) experience in a BDR, SDR, inside sales, or appointment setting role (bonus points for experience in recruiting or franchising!).
- Strong communication skills — confident on the phone and clear in writing.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (we use Salesforce) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated, positive, and hungry to learn and grow.
- Professional, persistent, and able to handle objections with ease.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.
