Business Development Representative
Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Representative to lead our commercial growth initiatives at Pink’s Windows DFW. This pivotal role is focused on driving lead generation, building strong relationships, and expanding our client base. You will be the face of our window cleaning services, leveraging door to door, cold outreach, and community engagement to establish and grow a strong market presence in the Dallas Metroplex area.
Key Responsibilities
- Targeted Lead Generation
- Execute cold outreach to realtors, property managers, homeowners’ associations (HOAs), and local businesses.
- Develop strategic outreach campaigns tailored to specific client groups, focusing on one segment at a time (e.g., HOAs, small businesses, or commercial properties).
- Build and manage lead pipelines in our CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups and accurate tracking.
- Strategic Business Development:
- Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and present customized proposals.
- Represent the company at Chamber of Commerce events, HOA gatherings, and other community events to network and promote our brand.
- Act as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, ensuring consistent, high-quality representation of our services.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers in target markets, including realtors, business owners, property managers, and HOA boards.
- Provide excellent client support during and after service delivery, addressing any concerns and creating upsell opportunities.
- Sales Leadership:
- Conduct property inspections, create detailed quotes, and close sales by communicating our value proposition.
- Implement follow-up strategies to ensure a seamless customer journey and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Community Engagement:
- Proactively engage with local communities to enhance brand recognition and build trust.
- Distribute branded merchandise during outreach efforts to leave a professional and lasting impression.
Skills and Qualifications
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in B2B sales, cold outreach, and lead generation.
- CRM Mastery: Proficient in using CRM tools to manage pipelines, schedule follow-ups, and generate performance reports.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on building trust and persuading clients.
- Networking Proficiency: Natural ability to connect with individuals and groups in professional and community settings.

Compensation
- Base salary with performance-based commission:
- $75K-$90K
