Job Overview

CertaPro Painters of Milwaukee is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Painting Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales and revenue growth by cultivating relationships with commercial clients and promoting our painting services. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the painting industry and a proven track record in commercial sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and pursue potential commercial clients through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in commercial organizations.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' painting requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing the value and benefits of our commercial painting services.
  • Prepare accurate and detailed proposals, addressing client needs and expectations.
  • Quota Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas each quarter.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in the painting industry.
  • Proven track record in commercial sales, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clientele.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with commercial painting techniques and products is a plus.
