Stain & Seal Experts, established in 2012, is a family-owned business based in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. We specialize in staining, sealing, and restoring outdoor wood structures, including fences, decks, pergolas, and gazebos, serving both residential and commercial clients. We have recently launched a franchise division to continue expanding across the United States. We’re seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in supporting franchise operations, growth, and success.


Position Overview

The Franchise Operations manager will support the development and operations of the Stain and Seal Experts franchise program. This role is ideal for someone who would consider themselves a motivated, detail-oriented individual with franchise experience who thrives in a collaborative environment and loves to build. You will work closely with leadership and franchisees to ensure seamless onboarding, efficient operations, and ongoing support.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Franchise Development Support
    • Coordinate franchise development efforts, including managing documents, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communication between departments.
    • Serve as a point of contact for franchise prospects, ensuring a professional and efficient experience.
  2. Franchisee Onboarding
    • Support new franchisees through the onboarding process, providing necessary resources, information, and guidance for a successful launch.
    • Assist in the preparation and delivery of training materials.
  3. Discovery Day Coordination
    • Plan and manage Discovery Day events for prospective franchisees, overseeing schedules, venues, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics.
    • Ensure a positive and informative experience for attendees.
  4. Administrative & Operational Support
    • Perform general administrative tasks, including executive assistance, and coordination of operational activities.
    • Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity and consistency across franchise locations.
  5. Franchisee Support & Coaching
    • Provide ongoing coaching and operational support to franchisees, helping them address challenges and achieve business goals.
    • Assist in building and managing a support team as the franchise network grows.
  6. Documentation & Process Management
    • Draft and maintain clear, detailed documentation for franchise processes and operational standards.
    • Ensure all resources are up-to-date and accessible to franchisees.


Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a franchise support, development, or coordination role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. 
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with franchise operations, onboarding processes, and SOP development is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Location: Must reside within a commutable distance to Alexandria, TN.

Compensation: $75,000–$90,000 annually (salary) to commensurate with experience
